From day one of the Company establishment, we made a decision to establish a professional Company’s management structure to co-op with the expected business increase. He gave full autonomy to project managers and site engineers to make decision on what the project may require. Full and quick action is a result of this de-centralized management structure.

Quality: What does “quality means? There may be different meaning of this word depending upon the person who is defining it. QCC defines “quality” as doing it right at the first time on time. But how does the company apply this definition? The Company had launched a program that will continuously train and check its staff on their field of works. Under the Continuous Improvement Program, workers are being trained by senior staff to ensure that they will do their job accordingly.

Environment: Stepping into QCC head office or any site, visitor will notice the flavor of relationship of staff, cooperation, and dedication and have a union objective “Work to achieve”.

The Client: The key for a successful project is a good relationship with the client. The client’s comments and suggestions are well noted. Their comments are being evaluated by the management and change the company’s policy when required.
